Ottawa Riverkeeper Kayak Tri

Pain be damned! I just can't sit on my ass forever now, can I? I think I'll be doing this race in spite of the other problems I've got. Just have to watch my running, don't I? I'd like to take part in the Champions Challenge, so that means I need to race in 3 Kayak Tris.
